Previous logistics
Once the event is confirmed, we define all the details together to ensure a good and smooth program and we would also set up a site inspection if needed.
Fourth
On site assistance
During the event, we will be there all the time (guests reception, registration, transfers, activities, dinners…). We have very clear how important it is to always have a contact person on site.

Closing
After the event has finished, we will close it up as soon as possible and we will also be grateful for any comment you want to share with us in order to improve and be able to keep collaborating together.
